Stair Tower – Structural CAD Design

The client required a bespoke stair tower to provide safe access to two 10-metre-high tanks on site. Using a 3D scan of the existing area, I designed a galvanised steel structure tailored to the site layout. The tower was developed in three pre-assemblable sections, allowing it to be efficiently craned into position and simplifying installation on site. This project demonstrates how accurate 3D modelling can support practical, site-specific engineering solutions and streamline installation.
