Race Dune Buggy - Custom Tube Manufacturing

Working from the client’s overall dimensions and design regulations, I developed a detailed 3D CAD model of a race dune buggy chassis. The frame was designed with manufacturability in mind, preparing the tube geometry for laser cutting and ensuring the components were suitable for accurate fit-up and welding. The project demonstrates a practical, fabrication-focused approach to structural CAD design, taking the client’s requirements through to a manufacturing-ready model.
